Skill-Building Programs for Directors of Foundations and Social Investments
Managing a social foundation means dealing with a world of rich content, based on social values on one hand and managerial and long term planning skills on the other hand. In order to enrich your knowledge relevant to your professional needs, the Center for Philanthropy at Sheatufim has initiated programs specifically suited for directors of foundations and social investments.
The Center's programs include:
- Meetings of focused professional groups (foundation directors, evaluation managers, information officers, and etc.)
- Development of tools and information for managers of social investments
- Personal coaching for directors of Israeli foundations
- A graduate program with a focus on philanthropy at the Hebrew University
- Initiating and encouraging research in the field
You will be given access to a treasure of knowledge developed by the Center, including models for social investments, a pool of consultants such as tax advisors, lawyers, accountants and organizational consultants that specialize in foundations and philanthropic investments, Social Return on Investment tools (SROI), and more.
