Sheatufim's Center for Professional Management provides support, guidance and training, along with web based knowledge tools, for the managers of social organizations. These services address various managerial challenges such as working with the board of directors, managers, employees and volunteers, taking into consideration the complex social and economical environment. Sheatufim offers various tools for the manager which can assist in achieving the organization's desired social impact within the existing limitations.

Executive development: General managers and executive managers' learning, enabling the development of management quality and management dialogue among social organizations.
