Shlomo Dushi, managing director
Dushi is a former manager of Zionism 2000 and the Scouts movement, and has served in the past as chief emissary to North America. He has considerable experience in working and collaborating with business, social and government organizations.
He has a master's degree in public policy and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Tel Aviv University.
Gali Sembira, professional manager
Gali comes from a background of managing programs for children and youth at risk. She has been involved in managing social programs and setting up social organizations, and specializes in developing study programs. Her previous position was deputy director of the Oran Foundation.
By education she is a social-organizational psychologist, and today she is a student in the gender studies program at Bar Ilan University. gali@sheatufim.org.il
Atar Razi Oren, director of the Philanthropy Center
Atar managed the Tirat Carmel Community Fund and coordinated the Citizens' Accord Forum for Jews and Arabs in Israel. In the past, she worked in marketing and sales promotion with leading companies in the world of high-tech, communication, and consumer goods. She has considerable experience in social entrepreneurship, and in creating collaborations between third sector organizations, business and government.
Atar has a master's degree in non-profit organization management, and a bachelor's degree in sociology and the interdisciplinary program in philosophy and Jewish thought from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. atar@sheatufim.org.il
Miri Yaacobi-Horowitz, knowledge manager
A researcher at the Israel Center for Third Sector Research and deputy editor of the journal of the civil society and the third sector in Israel, Miri comes from a background in training and volunteering.
Miri has a bachelor's degree in education from Beit Berl Academic College, and is currently writing her thesis for a master's degree in management and public policy from Ben Gurion University in the Negev, in the non-profit organization management track. miri@sheatufim.org.il
Lilach Dora, director of the Center for Organizational Professionalism
Lilach is an organizational consultant and group facilitator, and has set up and managed organizational training and development systems in a number of organizations. She is a consultant to managers and executives, and a facilitator for management development and forums of amuta managers. She accompanies companies in the process of change and growth. Lilach has a master's degree in organizational behavior from Tel Aviv University, a bachelor's degree in behavioral science from Ben Gurion University, and a diploma in group facilitation from the Kibbutzim collage - telem. lilach@sheatufim.org.il
Toni Hasson, Program Coordinator, Philanthropy
Toni specializes in organizational development with communities and donors in Israel and abroad.
Previously, Toni worked on the Reut Institute's development team, with focus on philanthropic foundations and the Jewish communities in Boston and London. Prior to joining Reut, Toni worked as Project Manager for the ACOM Association in Madrid, which works to improve Israel's image in Spain, with emphasis on fostering relationships with government and media. Toni has a BA in International Affairs from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts and is currently completing her MA in Cultural Research at Tel Aviv University.
